Or his toy boys. The only reason he might deramp these is if he knows the figures and knows they cannot win. His boses will want him ramping the actaul winner. They do not want to be backing a winner that Cowell has dissed.

I'm all for fair criticism but it's ridiculous to call Rebecca marmite.

The only marmite character left is Cher (albeit with more positive support than people realise I think).

Actually it is a fact. Some people like her singing very much. Others like me think she is boring cannot sing in tune and do not like her singing.

This is the defintion of marmite.

Some love her and some like me cannot stand her.

I agree with Henry - Rebecca is as far from Marmite as you can get.  Some people love her, some people hate her (like Melv), but the majority of people are in between.  The whole idea of Marmite is there is no in between.

We are in need of a new concept. What do some people love and some people hate but most people are inbetween.

I agree with henry.Matt is also Marmite if this is the case.Some people dislike his girly voice some like.
Rebecca is different class and is far the best.
