ive seen plenty of comments on here by a lot of people who think he has no chance of winning,as we all know there's a "rage against the machine" scenario going on here to get wagner to win,so why wont he win,i see he has 43,000 fans on facebook for "wagner to win x factor" who will vote numerous times to ensure he wins,and if rage against the machine beat x factor to number 1 last xmas why cant they do the same and ensure wagner wins?ta

I'd like to think that in the end the Great British public will want the best singer to win. Now we each may have our own opinions as to who that is by surely no way could Wagner be involved in that 'discussion'.
wagner is not the only one with obsessive fans,

Because it's not the same. Can't write Wagner off but there are reasons to think he’s got more in common with Jedward than RATM.
Buying the Rage single was a gain for the buyer (unlike a vote). Buying Rage didn't help Cowell (actually Rage was signed to a subsidiary of Sony, Cowell's business partner but the idiot organisers didn't know that and nor did the consumers). Buying the Rage single didn't prevent even one purchase of Joe's single.
Voting for Wagner helps Cowell directly and also harms the chances of more worthy singers.

Voting Wagner is more of a laugh, no real motivation, you can't really seriously protest XF by making it worse.
"Killing in the Name" is memorable - "**** you I won't do what you tell me" - what's Wagner done that's any good?

Yes, and ultimately the Matt and Rebecca fans are more than the Wagner fans plus the contrariwise vote fans.
Plus the anti Wagner brigade, which I suspect makes up about half the viewing audience
