Its in the poll below the story nick. No way he has got 39%. 17% very tops. Even that would make him safe and explain why there have been no double evictions lately ie cowell is waiting for the usual crash of the vote in the joke act to occur.
Worrying for who Lou he's my biggest green now
I'm in a quandry. Just realised I can lay Wagner and go green on all remaining acts. Never ever judge these things right. Stick or twist???????

2 v 0 saying twist. May do the sensible thing for once in my life
Personally I'd be amazed if he has the momentum to take him to the final but if he did and the buzz is still there he could be fav surely or a least a lot shorter?

At times like this some top information from the layprofessional would be very welcome.............
Where are you lay?
You are to the Betfair forum what Wagner is to Xfactor

Ann and Waggers current prices are fantastic lays, especially if you have backed at 40s+. They are both doomed within a couple of weeks. Get rid of Wag green

If he had enough votes to get to the final then people aren't going to suddenly stop voting. Not when they're so close to victory. They'd redouble or treble their efforts to get him over line and I suspect many people who didn't believe it was possible would get onside if he made the final.
Highly unlikely and he'll probably go out this week or next, but you never know.

Yeah if he made the final, the juggernaut would be unstoppable!

I actually think TK is onto something with Ann Widdecombe.
She really is the must see 5 minutes for a lot of viewers....and it could just happen imo.
but Waggy has been p1ss poor for weeks.Whereas Chico, the Macdonald Bros,Jedward grew into their comedy acts he is getting steadily worse, his routines tiresome and it seems to have been conveniently overlooked by most that he was
2.6 to go last week in an 8 way vote.
Now he's 11-1 to win over a 2 day final

Whilst he has a fair few votes and Biffa helped him a lot this week I also get the impression that the anti wagner vote is hardening and they would get their say in the final.
If there was a vote to evict today he'd be out imo and when has such a marmite act ever won one of these things (not thought that through so prepared to be flooded with examples...Ulrika?).
Stick or twist?

Ive been thinking Wagner's time is up for three weeks!
I'm positive we'll find that he has been flirting with the bottom every week.
I suspect that the prods have built up such a history of voting patterns etc that they have been able to manipulate him through using very subtle and not so subtle techniques.
I also suspect that he will be comfortably dumped.

i'm with cider on this. they've needed to have him on late with big productions nearly every week. i reckon he's been just above the bottom 2 each week, and now that they're getting serious with 2 songs, they'll have him gone this week.

I reckon if they go with a double eviction then they will get rid of him. A bit risky for them if they dont as it just increases his momentum every week he survives.

Given the context of that poll it is effectively a referendum on Wagner for anyone interested enough to read the article, so 39% isn't surprising.
Nice to see you getting stuck into a classic Kitten ramp old fellow, how are you keeping?
BTW - please can you arrange for this campaign to move on to keeping Gillian in for at least one eviction?

Yeah I know nick...boring but a win's a win and I still have a couple hundred left for a bit of fun on Wagner....but then I won't want him to win as what I win is less than what I would have won if he wins...its like everyone who posts on here after they have traded then their profit looks less than it could have been...but then I know he can't win.. then yes but no but yes....

The jollys went early, Cher shafted, Waggy on late with pre-planned controversy, no double. They clearly wanted to push Katie and Waggy through, and fair play they got it.

Shilpa was the perfect winner for Endemol that year
Wagner messes a whole lot of things up for SC enterprises.
He can handle this one easily.
2.6 less than 48 hours ago...where was the confidence than please?

i would tend to agree AA, but it could spiral beyond his control. he doesnt have too many tools left at his disposal, seeing as his backers are oblivious to any negative press, poss even inspired by it...

interesting pov cider about the intentions of the rant. my view fwiw is that it was actually a spur of the moment thing by cheryl, prob not even simon knew about it, and she ended up unintentionally giving him the opportunity to appear quite reasonable, hence boosting his vote. and i say this with a decent understanding of the machiavellian nature of the show and its mechanics. it just didnt seem to me like a boost wagner moment - cheryl ended up looking too daft. the false grin was priceless, as was his line about the manners of a princess

There's more chance that kennedy was shot by someone on the grassy knoll than Biffa was involved in some conspiracy to boost wagner's vote.
Nobody notice that look of disgust when he was called safe the other week?
Biffa did what she would have done on the estate.."you been talking about me..say it to my face...fight"

Having backed Wagner at the ridiculous prices on offer early doors, I got out at 34. Shows what I know...
Should have had the balls to stick it out for another ridiculous price plunge of Jedward proportions! Haven't we been here before?!

Ultimately they will not let Waggy win. Remember he's been pimped to the max so far.
Once he's outlived his usefulness he'll be given the graveyard slot with appalling songs...
OK, they see the value of such publicity - but not at the expense of the core credibility of the show!

An early will need to be countered with a late given two songs GB.
I'm in that position now Dizzy and consensus is to bail out and green up. Think that is probably sound advice at 10s.

with 2 songs and with the lines opening after the 1st song it becomes imperative to have a strong 2nd song as that is the way to pick up the floating voters as they can react instantly.
I dont think running order is anywhere near as potent under these circumstances, I am not saying it doesn't matter just that it doesn't matter as much.

Where did you see that about lines opening early HF? happens every year? Introduced it for BGT this year with some controversey but seems didn't make any difference to result though with 2 going and close at bottom could be a factor? Even an advantage to go on first if you deliver a half decent performance?

Wagner Carrilho is to perform Radiohead's 'Creep' on this weekend's X Factor, it has been reported.
The news comes after fellow contestant Mary Byrne claimed that this Saturday's show will have a Rock Week theme.
Carrilho, who has previously performed tracks from artists such as the Spice Girls, Meat Loaf and Elvis Presley, will now take on the 1992 classic from Radiohead's first album Pablo Honey, reports The Sun.
The Brazilian's bid to win the ITV singing competition appears to be gathering steam after bookmakers slashed the odds on the 54-year-old eventually coming out on top.

wouldn't believe everything the sun say about x factor.
would be a strange one to get him to sing: "i'm a creep, i'm a weirdo, what the hell am i doing here, i don't belong here"
