paige: ludicrous performance, out of key, dressed in andy pandy's wardrobe again. has to be in big trouble 3/10
aidan: his performances are so samey they are becoming boring; his facial histrionics and his out of key singing are becoming more than just irritants. i salute him for trying new arrangements but not long left for him 4/10
mary: had a chance with an emotional song but a couple of bizarre cabaret moments ruined it completely. hard to see now what the fuss was about. appears wholly out of her depth. 4/10
katie: pretty unremarkable performance from a girl who basically has a nice voice for ballads but little else. saved 3 times and hard to see her making it 4. 4/10
matt: an almost impossible song to sing but matt pulled it off well, though looked a little uncomfortable on stage. by far his most assured performance came when he was sitting with a guitar singing acoustically (to a point). same again with something like creep would be in order. 8/10
cher: little **** of a a girl who i am desperate not to win, and I'm pretty confident that this elton mash up proves she is a one trick pony who crucially doesnt sing well enough or rap well enough to make anything other than the mash up viable....5/10
vagner: still think he has not been giving one song that is anywhere near suiting his voice and for that i feel sorry for him. also, clifford is out to get him too, which makes me sympathise. patently nowhere near good enougn to be in the final 12, but not the worst entertainment in the world 4/10
one direction: simon pulled out the joker a few weeks earlier than i had hoped or predicted - a ballad sing by liam and harry, and the effect was enormous, causing a plunge in the market from 6.2 to 4.5. still maintain simon wants them to win, a powerful ally, and having gone a little negative on their chances a fortnight ago, largely due to the ridiculous asian kid, i now think they have every chance of winning. all depends if this momentum can become a surge for victory. 9/10
rebecca: everything was in her favour here, the pimp slot, an amazing tune loved my millions etc etc, and yet, although she sung it beautifully, it just slightly left me cold. despite the judges' eulogising, i expected slightly better and there have been no shivers down spine moments. prob the one that would give most credibility to the show as winner but can the judge's get her over the line. can she get enough votes. doubtful imo. 8/10
