Yes I would agree, Rebecca has a real cheesy lot of **** if they are right, absolutely hate that record.

So when someone makes up a name for Matt why don't you say the same thing?  Of course Simon hasn't called her 'The Singing Candlestick' as you've rightly pointed out but my question is when someone calls Matt some made up name why don't you point that out too?

Any Matt supporter is mad if they are hating about Rebbeca. Current youtube hits show Matt backers they have logical reasons for feeling confident.

Matt has also been very consistent. His one slip was no where near as bad as people; including himself; made out. The last part of the song was his usual standard.

Matt backers should feel confident. The only risk is that Matt loses his bottle. However Amtt is aware of all this this. He is a grown man he knows everything thats at stake and he knows what he has to do and he  can do it.

Matt can have another Smash hit in future with "Mercy". Very intersting what they let him do on Saturday there are several Elton songs that he can smash out of the park. Very very interesting  I am watching the show. And its the Matt Rebecca contest that got me at it. Very clever Simon. Plus Aidan if course and it also intriguing to see how the Cher good week/ bad week game pans out.

Changed my mind about the warbling. Not my thing. But its Matts ticket to winnersville. Cowell might not want him  now but he will jump on board if Matt is the obvious champion. Cowell does not like being wrong.

I wudda thought that was pretty obvious Lou. I'm only a small green on Matt!
I don't really go in for the namecalling of acts myself personally. But I have to say I find it moderatley amusing the Matt thing. It's like the show has completely emasculated him, taken away his cap, his musical integrity and regurgitated him in his present form.
A form which I'd also say he's not altogether comfortable with.
He seems like a nice guy, don't get me wrong, I like Matt.
But my honest opinion is that he's contrived, whereas Rebecca is legitimate in her humility, nervouse disposition and other such little idiosyncrasies.

The voice of reason sticks it to hysterical Matt backers. Sounds like you are desperate for her price to come in do you can lay her off. If I was privelidged to knowledge that Rebecca wins this I would be wanting her price to drift not trying to shout it in.

For those who would like some information on which to base your choice read the latest opinions on you tube. Matts comments (300k hits) are much  consistent than Rebbeccas (50K hits.)

I think her price is due to Cowell ramping. I am not saying that he does not prefer her to Matt. However it is also possible that he is just trying to make a competiton of it and create some TV values.

I wouldn't obviously but in trying to 'sell' herself I don't think she comes across too well that's all.  There's not enough 'performance' for me amd even when it comes to the singing I don't think personally she's great.  I honestly thought TreyC was better than her really I did.

It was a stupid argument against Stacey last year, and it's a stupid argument against Rebecca this year. The difference is this year SC is not using this stupid argument and last year he did (stupidly).
