MIMING ON THIS WEEKENDS X FACTOR WAS TAKEN TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL. NATURALLY WE EXPECTED CHERYL COLE TO MIME HER PERFORMANCE AND IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED THAT SHE DID IN FACT ONLY MIME PARTS OF HER NEW SINGLE, WE HAVE EVEN COME TO TERMS WITH THE CONTESTANTS 'GROUP' PERFORMANCE TO BE MIMED BY EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM.
WE CAN EVEN STRETCH OUR ACCEPTANCE TO THE FACT THAT BOTH ACTS IN THE SING OFF MIMING THEIR PERFORMANCE.
BUT WHAT REALLY TAKES THE BISCUIT IS BOTH DANNI AND LOUIS'S CRITIQUES AFTER EACH PERFORMANCE ON SATURDAYS SHOW WERE PRE-RECORDED AND THEY JUST LIP SYNCED TO THE MESSAGE THAT SIMON COWELL HAD PREVIOUSLY WRITTEN FOR THEM AND THEY HAD RECORDED. SIMON CLAIMS THAT IT WAS DONE TO ENSURE THERE IS NO RE OCCURRENCE OF THE PUTTING THEIR FOOT IN IT INSTANCES THAT HAVE OCCURRED ON THE LIVE SHOWS IN PREVIOUS SERIES.
WHAT'S NEXT DERMOT MIMING THE ENTIRE SHOW? IT WOULDN'T SURPRISE ME.
BRING BACK PIERS AND AMANDA I SAY ..... TWO PROFESSIONAL PRESENTERS

Wouldn't actually be that surprising.Could imagine them all right now sitting on a beach in the Bahamas, having pre-recorded all their comments for the entire series and just leaving it to the editors to cut to the pre-recorded messages after each performance. We probably wouldn't notice any difference.
I wouldn't recognise Michael Buble if I fell over the guy. He's one of those people whos rise has completely passed me by and after his risible effort at miming last night, not to mention the nice bland unchallengening nature of his song (par for the course for X-Factor demographic though, I can begin to understand why.
