Public are fickle, and if we see a stripped down version, who belts out a few decent numbers perceptions will change. Cher will have had a meltdown, the boys will prove to be weak one trick ponies (a la Jamie, fliptop head man, etc) and that boy band can't sing for toffee (didn't stop Boyzone though).

There'll be some other scandal...you can see the tabs are scraping around for something and coming up with manufactured lines at the moment, because as soon as there is a proper story, they'll all cover the same one, something they are not doing at the moment. And let's not forget, Katie didn't take Gamu's place, Cher did.
