John has had a wee bit of coverage as the care assistant, and Cowell called out for girlpower, reckon both saved them.

Yea a bit to me as well.

I suppose these factors pushed them over the top.

1) Lack of another girlband to share the vote unlike last 2 years
2) They were trending on Twitter for a while last nite (fook knows why)
3) For some (very odd) reason the guests, these 2 black americans on xtra factor were pim ping them loads

Cos if someone mentions girlpower they automatically feel THEY must vote if they are anyway a real female.

The more Cowell praises someone in early shows the worse it often is for them.

What did all tonights B3 have in common? Heavily praised by Cowell last night.

And if it wasnt for his 'you are the best singer i have ever heard ever' praise to DJ last year he wouldnt have been bottom 2 in week 2 imo.

I actually think they are much better than they showed last night but considering they had a bit of a shocker and still weren't B3 they must have at least some fan base. Might be worth a small back as a sort of journey contestant.

The most shocking of the night for me. The % down the bottom with 16 runners must have been really tight.

Market out there for a young girl band. Aren't the saturdays etc all late 20s? Ones on here previous years were older as well I think.

Nobody votes for young girl bands (or so I suspected). The Saturdays wouldn't have won xf, or gone even close.

They must have trended on twitter for some reason. Aiden trending I understand. The clues, as they say, were there.
