Admittedly the inclusion of Luiz is mainly down to just one game...
yep, a good effort tip the odds, costa , Alonso and Hulk on the bench
so many to choose from...just from England, Spain and Brazil alone.

Chu Young Park gives Fred a run for his money as most hopeless player of the tournament and what planet was the manager on award.
