I rang betfair here in Australia and they told me to send anemail to info @ betfair . com which I have done.

Hi Kanga yes I contacted betfair and they said the organizer was supposed to contact them after the comp to arrange prizes and this had not been done so they are trying to contact him.(Brownie)
So hopefully sorted soon...
