I had £10 on Spain/Villa at 20 on Betfair before the tournament and I've been refunded £49.00 - 4/1 plus my stake, minus comission. Can anyone let me know how my odds/stake have gone down by 5 times? I'd understand if it had gone down by 4 times because of the top goalscorer deadheat but 5 times? Any idea?

Yes but why by 5 times and not 4? Can you explain that - I do realise he wasn't the outright top scorer.
You have 1/4 your stake at 20 ie £2.50 x 20, a total of £50 returns less commisssion.
You had 1/4 your stake on the bet so just 2.50 at £20 - I know its not fair but hey I had £498 on Forlan at 79s and only got 1k back - winner is a winner
Ah right yes, my bad. The comission was £3.5 then - cool. Cheers man.
I had Spain/Villa also and was a bit gutted to see him taken off toward the end but at least we got something from that bet.
