Japan - value bet of the world cup

I agree I fancy Japan to get to the semi's - I have backed as outright winner with a veiw to laying the bet as they get through to next rounds and the odds come in what do you reckon?

i would be laying them before the next game against Spain(probably) as i think the asian sides struggle against well orgainised european sides but really fancy them to go through today

do you thinkthe odds would come in much from 130's? IF they win this one?

just be careful though - have watched japan slide from 85 to 140/1 on here over past few days - seems like plenty of selling pressure on Japan at every turn for some reason... I really hope you are right though - at 140/1 they look like serious value...

if they won impressively they should be around 33s i would of thought

wow that would be something... but with Spain or portugal waiting in the wings and given the bias against japan so far on betfair i think 33 would be a stretch... but again I seriously hope you are right!

CheckAA, did Paraguay not defeat a pretty decent Slovakian side 2-0 at their ease, in the must win match in the group for them.

i did not think Slovakia looked that good to be honest , just think at odds japan look value i thought it looked a 50/50 game and looking tight now
