What if for example Luis Fabiano and Higuain tie at the end with 5 gols each? Do both bets pay or is it canceled?

Dead heat rules, i.e your stake is divided by the number of winners (in this case 2 - Higuain and Fabiano) at the same odds.
That is incorrect. If there is a tie both bets lose. If there is a clear second, that will pay out as winner. And so on.
That makes perfect sense. If you score less goals than two other scorers you win the boot. DOOOOOOOOOH
