Why do we blame forigners for how bad England are?

Cos they keep knocking us out of the world cup.

cos they are born with better ball skills, its in their genes, they cant help it, its not their fault. So the rest of mankind have an unfair advantage. They are very very naughty cos England invented the game and should be the bestest always, if you dont believe me read the newspapers cos they are more honester than anyfink innit.
