Firstly, you should read everything and take it with a pinch of salt, there is no clear distinction of who knows what they are talking about and who just like to talk. Secondly, the more info you give away (if you havn't already done your bets) the more likely it is to damage your price. You shoulnd't look to back USA due to their price. Its a tournament, they have one point, Slovenia have 3, look at the circumstances and the performances. There are far less "easy" games now as many of the smaller nations have squad members applying their trade in the top divisions in the world, some even in the top teams. You can't call Slovenia a "rubbish" side for qualifying in the manor they did. USA qualified with relative ease against some opposition not too disimilar to Slovenia, but some of a lesser standard. I will give you a piece of my advice, which is worth nothing, but look at the Italian squad, and Inter Milan, look at the number of Italians in the Inter Milan squad, and the number of those players in the Italy squad. To save time, there are none. Look to the Roma Squad...it doesn't get much better...especially if you look at how many actually start. The point is for the top european teams the domestic league and player selection can give you an insight into squad strength. Spain have xavi, iniesta, puyol, ramos etc at the top domestic clubs, germany have muller, lahm, schweinstiger (bad spelling), even the french have tried to incorporate people like Toulaon, Govou, Valbuena, Lloris (just they suffer from mismanagement). Information is key...

So USA...thoughts...you have your own thoughts, check the info, Slovenia won 1-0 against Algeria, artifical pitch, scrappy game, got the win....USA drew with England, came from behind, got a result from their "hardest" fixture. If i was a betting man [:p]i'd be tempted to have a gamble on the USA over Slovenia, the price isnt an issue, im betting on the outcome. Good luck
