Not even worth a trade IMO. If some of the big teams look very sharp during group stages, I could see the prices of these teams shifting by less than 20% if they qualify.
If you think they'll get through, just back them to qualify. That way you might double your money - which I very much doubt you'd do trying to trade them in the outright win market.

USA will more than likely qualify with england, but i think they will lose in the last 16 to germany or serbia...
