Landed in a very nice group. Italy the first match, clearly the biggest danger but they are notorious slow starters. Slovakia second, good qualifying campaign but if Paraguay have got off to a good start against the Italians, I don't think they'll fear anyone. Guaranteed to take three points in their last game against NZ. So a good chance of winning the group perhaps but 2nd is definitely there for the taking.
2nd rd, likely to face either Holland or Cameroon (maybe Denmark ?) Again, not a massive opponent to fear. Of course they will be second fav against those two. But this is a team who eased into the finals, beating Brazil and Argentina along the way. Some very talented players in their team, Santa Cruz and Cabanas up front will be a good goal threat.
For a team as good as this, with a good chance of making R2 and then anything can happen in knockout football, this price is too good to turn down.
Cabanos rumoured to be joining Sunderland - this would be an ominous move for the Premier League defenders around the land who will have to face him during the World Cup in the summer as well.
