As far as Spain are concerned, Braz/Port/IvC in last 16, possibly Italy in QF and maybe Germany in Semis. No offence but 6/1 doesnt sound that good really unless you are laying off that is. |

THIS IS HOLLANDS TOURNAMENT.........SPAIN ARE LIKE A STRUGGLING ENGLAND TEAM DESPERATE NOT TO CONCEDE.....HOLLAND WILL ATTACK, WITH THE WORLDS PREMIER STRIKE FORCE. AT THREES THEY ARE A GIFT FROM THE FOOTBALLING GODS. SPAIN ARE WEAK, WEAK I TELLS YOU!! to be fair, i do think that the clog wearers will succeed and at three to one are my bet of the the tournement..... reasoning being: spain have struggled to overcome in nearly every match they have played, but the dutch have won every game with ease (nearly) and they made brazil look like amateurs in the second half of the the quarters... plus an extra days rest, plus the extreme pressure on spain, CHOKE, CHOKE, CHOKE!!!!!!!

What I like about Spain is their ability to hog possession, and do enough. I think that the way they've scored their goal and shut up shop shows maturity and poise. This was certainly brought out when they beat the Germans, who smashed Argentina to pieces with their pace. Backed at 5/1, and considering a trade out to lock in some greens, regardless of the outcome. Many more trading out? Like I said, I believe in Spain's ability, but Football is never sure :) |
