So its guaranteed qualification then - who of the other 3 have no need to turn up.

It is the utter contempt that the other teams are being subjected to by the media.
Capello will not for 1 second - even secretly - be as assured as the commentators/panelists etc that qualification is such a formality.
For Roy Hogson to say what he said is so unprofessional it is startling - no way on earth would he treat any opponents Fulham were facing in the same way.

Agreed - not had a bet on - but seething at the arrogance and lack of respect for opponents.
