Just because I am bored and wanted to work out the theoretically strongest possible groups down to the theoretically weakest, (if odds are equal it goes on how many bookies offer them): -

why impossible? are they keeping African teams apart?
Possible, rule states only that there must be teams from 3 different continents.
From Previous World Cups a group will contain a max of 2 European sides with the other continents avoiding each other.
e.g. Argentina and Brazil won't draw Paraguay, Uruguay or Chile.

No, that's the way it works. Brazil/Arg can't draw South American teams and South Africa can't draw an African team.
