don't know why but really looking forward to this WC - perhaps its because arguably for first time ever there are decent teams from multiple continents ie SA, Africa and Europe

I just hope it's better than the last one, which is memorable for all the wrong reasons in my opinion. The play-acting and the refereeing ruined it for me. Although the superb semi final between Germany and Italy was a notable exception.
I don't want to wait for the World cup but it seems I will have to
