ive only wached usa canada and canada russia icehockey games in my life and heard the 1st game results i thought evey game had at least 10 goals in then looked at betting unders 5.5 iand correct scores were like 45/1 for usa 6-4 i wanted to put higher but only went to 6 then any other any other was about 8/1 i think canada 20/1 for 6-2 or 7/2 for anyother

USA do not have to play hard now and can ease up, now passage to final all but secured. I would pull Ryan Miller for third period and use second or third goalie and save miller for gold medal game

Now Slovakia have good players in the Hossa brothers, Gaborik, Satan and Pallfy and Zednik but they should have got better results. I can't see Canada losing this game

I remember Tourino 06 when all this Golden generation of Slovakia was driving over everyone when it really did not matter. They finished Group stage as a strong favorite but got knocked out by yanks.

To me it seems that lesson is learned and they are in semis and no doubt they have weapons to win tonight. cos that is just one game. IN series they would not have a chance but this is all different.
