Russia and Germany are around same chance, now that Neuner wont start. However, relay is relay, so what if one fancy an outside bet?
Sweden - Won a relay sometime ago. But after that, Helena Jonsson has fallen to pieces, Olofsson is still very good and the 2 others a bit dodgy form. IF Jonsson can somehow mentally get strong again and just perform, Sweden is not out of it. But it seems not likely.
France - The natural pick for those who bet against Russia and Germany. Most of their Women has shown good to very good form, and if Bailly is close to Zaitseva and Henkel when the 4th leg starts, I fancy their chances very much.
Poland - If Gwizdon manages to perform a decent race, and the other 3 girls perform like they have so far in Vancouver, you better watch out for this huge outsider. Unlikely to win, but a Top 3 is certainly not out of reach. And if the big teams underperform a bit and Poland perform just a fraction better than before in the Olympics, they might cause the biggest upset in the games.
