Svindal was .7 behind Bode after two, then 0.1 after the third, so those times from Walchoffer will be typical.
1 more for Miller layers, I dont think this guy will win it....so "should" be ok
wouldn't it make more sense to take the split of the fastest at that stage ? Defago long way behind early on, so his split could be misleading ?

not really, your only looking at splits for the current winner. If you took splits for the fastest of every section, doesn't help you figure if he's on pace to take the lead or not
I thought the swiss had 2 great skiers with gold chances....enither of them were Didier Defago!! lol

I don't see anyone troubling Miller now for 3rd I'm afraid, would need the run of their lives to get near the time. The bottom section was nailed by current leader, so would need to be up at first few splits

actually counting my blessings here - millers performance and time were close to costing me 1.5k :0
I've backed Holland in the cross. Vaultier is the form best, I rate Holland as his danger, took him @ 10 as an outsider. He's the best from the X-games and only guy to win a WC event this year other than Vaultier. Its Vaultiers to lose though
