Perhaps I'm reading too much into it but given they abandoned racing part-way through the card and given the venue remains open for simulcasting I wonder if they have had a confirmed case today within the essential racing crew? (eg jockey or gate crew).

Rumours are a backstretch worker returned a positive test result. Assuming a 14-day quarantine period best we can hope for is a return to racing around 20th July, but given the spread in Texas it may be much longer.
