Bad ride at Woodbine?

Haven't had time to watch the replay yet, but watching live looked to me like the jockey on number 3 in Race 3 at Woodbine certainly didn't want to win the race today.

Looks far worse than I originally thought on the replay. He was 3/2 fav as well! Well worth a look. Patrick Husbands was riding.

Horse was blocked about 2 furlongs out and wherever he moved a horse in front moved across to block him. When a gap came he had nothing, whipped at 1/16th and did nothing with daylight in front.
