Weird goings on in the 2nd race at Parx. 6 horse 'W W Cougar' running clear into the stretch, then suddenly slowed as if gone wrong, waited to be passed by two horses and then sped up again to hold onto third place.

Watching again looks like he had real trouble changing leads.
The market got it completely wrong there at Mountaineer Race 3. The Pirates goes off at 5/2 and gets beat easy. Backed as low as 1.45 on here. The 4/5 fav wins the race. Very strange

Reeks a bit, eh? They very nearly did their money though! Just scraped home...
Pirates was odds on just before the off. The 8 got smashed right at the end of betting.
