Does anyone know if Billy Hill pay on amended result.
I placed a bet in the 3rd race at Charlestown on Wednesday night on Tiz our Time who finished 2nd in the race. However after a stewards enquiry, the winner Dirty Laundry was disqualified and my selection promoted to first.
Hils still settled as a loser stating the following rule - Adjustments to settlement will not be made for amended results or adjudications made by governing bodies after the official result, also referred to as the weigh-in.
But I am explaining to them this was amended and announced as the official result BEFORE the weigh in. any advice would be welcome folks please

The tote paid out on Tiz Our Time following the disqualification. Hills should pay out on Tiz our Time.
Go to drf.com, it's free to register, then go to results, then pdf charts, and print off the one for your race and take it into your local shop or email it to them.
If they don't pay then refer the matter to the gambling commission.

2 points, 1 its not official until they have weighed in,and 2 as far as I know the first passed the post does not cover foreign meetings.and even if it did how would you be able to get the tote dividend as there would not have been one.
