I'ved backed the 5 and 6 again at 9.0 and 18.0 respectively. I'm going to take a big hit if the 1 wins!
Less competetive,low grade,easier races to win,and they have to bet into the pools so all the info is there.Unlike over here,where they can disguise a gamble more easily with so many ways to conceal a punt.
I think you're right about that Rothman. That's a good about them not being able to disguise their bets.
1 is the outsider on the Tote , courtesy of the ATR website.Do you use that?

I don't see any value in laying the 1 at 11.5. Looks dangerous.
Bandages on all fours bar the 5 and the 6.
I.e they dont mind if they are claimed.

thy put th bandages on if there may be an issue so people wont claim them.
Most are aware but sometimes there are big issues so the ones with no bandages are there to be claimed.

TheOnlyWayIsForward. I guess it depends how often trainers use this tactic to deter prospecitve buyers. If it's used a lot, then perhaps it's naive to claim a horse without bandages.

Look backing unraced ones from this stable @ penn comes with a healt warning but its towering over them and for me @ penn.
