Does anyone at this company know what the hell they're doing? I've put a bet on using my whole bank and get this message "We're sorry, but you are unable to watch live video, as you have insufficient funds in your account, for full details please see our terms and conditions" and yes my bet was over £5. #clueless

I just get no links .. not one anymore ... to any bf video link on the market screen ... for the past week now
I have alternatives to view so it doesn't matter ... but hey good luck with your complaint
ridiculous situation .. if you have a current bet on the market they should provide you access to any video available for that market you have bet on

If I don't have a bet I can watch the race, but if I have a bet using all of my balance - I can't watch the race. Ridiculous indeed.
I just put the video on first and then bet - shouldn't be like that though.
