US Racing - In Running (Ladbrokes Exchange) ??

I had a bet taken on the Ladbrokes exchange after the race was off - has anyone any experience / advice they could offer. I will speak to their customer service tomorrow but not expecting them to be too helpful ...

Just checked the off times + when my bet was placed. The off times are only shown to the nearest minute but my bet time is to the nearest second (off - 00:44:00 / bet placed 00:44:39). Checked a few other winning bets + they are the same so don't want to make a fuss as i had more winners than losers. However not happy - this was the only race that i could see from the live stream where the race had started + my bet was placed after this. Harsh lesson - put down to experience ...
