Why did Thistledowns ever disappear off the during the week schedule to begin with?

Same reason Indiana vanished to never reappear again?

according to the internet, Thistledowns is owned by the same corporation that owns Louisiana Downs and Indiana Downs is owned by something called Centaur Gaming-

I am not seeing any reasonable excuse for not carrying these tracks during the week.
