Spiller, felt your pain last night , and glad you have not deserted the forum
 .Notice you are now embarking on the road to recovery, which I'm sure most have traversed at some time. Pray tell, do you have a budgeted target for each Day / Week /etc which is what I keep to religiously, with the help of an Excel spreadsheet. I find that it does help to keep the discipline and focus. |
