Live VIDEO....engineers are working??????

They've just told me they have no idea whatsoever when the 'issue' will be resolved.
Unbelievably poor PR.
Doesn't surprise me though,after all this is Britain not exactly renowned for customer survice.

They are investigating the matter with their suppliers is the answer I got as to whether their inability to restore the LV was down to incompetence or indifference. It's odd that ATR don't seem to be having problems with what appears to be the same feed. I am very tempted to take my money out of my account and stop betting on anything till they get it sorted. Fed up of trying to bet following the markets on ATR who dodge all over the place of course and will probably be concentrating on chariot racing fairly soon.

Maybe they forgot to pay the bill
