Sambuca, if that sort of thing happens and you put on a bet pre-off, try and resist the urge to put on another one post-race! They often take any accounts who put on bets after the off, and void all of their bets on the race.

Yes Sambuca, I was paid out here, I placed my bets a couple of mins before the official off time.
settled mine corridor the win part not sure what they have done with the place part struggling to see that on my statement but assume that got paid out or will do
theres a rick here - they have gone by official off time but race didnt go then
if someone lays winner and backs winner before race starts and their
technology fails they cants draw an imaginary line that doesnt bear any resemblance to off time

thx the only way. laid well before off, saw price contract and covered short at 11.55 and they have chosen to ignore my cover. presumably because they have put line at 11.54. race had deffo not started when i covered short
they only settle bets upto the OFFICIAL off time.
