backed a horse at Penn/usa today early hours at sp
horse won my stake taken
NO payout
ask Betfair why and I receive email stating that a "non user" matched the bet and they basically not responsible for it.ces
1..do outside agencies use this service with no responsibility
2..why do betfair allow this
3.. if the horse lost would I have been credited with my stake
4 ...is there something going on here which we should all be aware of when placing bets on international races
the bet is only for £20 but its the principal that matters

Doesn't sound right to me . If you're bet is matched it should be honoured , that's how betfair works.
I would be asking a lot more questions - how can an outside agency match your bet , how did betfair allow an outside agency to bet , if they did they should honour it. All very strange to me!!

I am a small regular user of usa racing.Betfair, I would like a FULL AND DETAILED explanation before I place another penny on another race.
i would be fuming ! betfair have so much of our commision to play with and a 20 stake is hardly gonna break their bank ! if bet is matched its matched and whos to say whos cash matched your bet other than betfair ! hang your head in shame betfair !
