all we need now is to see lucky31 coming out of hiding for a return to good times
reasonable lay at tampa, came 3rd i think, 7 won easily
laid 4 at sun for a laugh - like the short sprints, gl
gone for a lay of the 6 at sun (small liability) gl

You are betting whether a layer or backer there is no diff on here as you will find .
any successful lay is a good one - that is all i do on here as well, wd at sun, not an easy one that
Strategy and willpower over heart wins .Accepting the loss and move on.Most fail because they try to recover losses .Done it myself for sure.
Like the 6 here turfway.GL all.Small bet because its an allowance.If the 5 goes 6/4 will lay it but difficult call.

Absolutely. For me discipline is No.1. I always blame myself tho for every loser which i suppose might be a little unfair, especially if i have done my homework properly.
RB if you can lay those and keep the head those allowance races are the hardest races to win.I worked in the us as a jockey and rode 78 winners over there.Truly I know their systems.Not all but enough to make american racing very profitable.
Thus my pennsion plan ha.Thought it was on tonight as it was on their schedule .
wd towf, i just latched onto something weight v pp v price there which is rare for me but it was so short it didn't matter if i took a hit, it was not a clear cut lay for me by any means
what i have to do is keep the discipline on the bad days.. like everyone else

Which price movements do you follow...the track or BF? I suppose it varies from track to track, but there seems to be always a big discrepancy.
3 wins a poor race that the ones behind will struggle to place and for sure they will be out again .Looks very cold over there.
i follow both, they vary at differing times for different reasons. though i am not always watching all the tracks live feeds i must admit (depending on risk and discipline levels)
i bottled that last turfway, couldn't see a lay for me and thought best to keep powder dry

watch how the prices change and get closer (or sometimes further away) as the race gets nearer the off and it is quite telling. bear in mind punters in the US don't have access to the exchanges
RB I was having a good laugh until that last race.Look you have a good stragety and as stated if you have that you win if you are able to keep the head.As explained I have seen 1000 people on here and 45 are left.

laid the 1 at dd, 10 is a much better horse coming off a lay-off, gl
1 bt 10 at dd - my only bad one all night, still annoying though
