Thanks guys,yea i rang them and got the same...jesus how long can it take though,they forgot to remove a non runner,obviously the guys managing the usa markets are paying full attention to them lol

This is getting silly. I actually layed the thing so I have suffered enough.
They have taken it all out of my account and I am waiting to get the 17.9% reduction factor back.

I think it is in the process of being settled. The money they owe me has arrived in my account,though there is nothing yet on my statement.

Still nothing on my end..absolute joke of a service...

say nothing..its all settled now...miracles do happen
