..there is a technical issue with a reduction factor...once sorted it will be settled. |

Thanks guys,yea i rang them and got the same...jesus how long can it take though,they forgot to remove a non runner,obviously the guys managing the usa markets are paying full attention to them lol

This is getting silly. I actually layed the thing so I have suffered enough.
They have taken it all out of my account and I am waiting to get the 17.9% reduction factor back. |

I think it is in the process of being settled. The money they owe me has arrived in my account,though there is nothing yet on my statement.
