Just found the golden ticket to discipline - play on the tote, put your bets on early and feck off do something else. Just checked my results as just in, think I'll do it in future either BSP or tote as I ended up only having 2 bets all night.

Honestly, this afternoon I placed 2 tote bets as was going to be out all evening (only home an hour) and both were @ CT, and both paid the same amount back, not much i may add, I doubled my money, so IF i fancied anything else tonight I would have backed it right? So I hope I'm not influencing anyone wagering wise!
