Hi Kriskin .I was amazed to find no us racing tread tonight.
It was so funny last night as patterson was banging on how slow the rail was and one needed to be drawn wide then he puts up a front runner as his selection.Needless to say what happened.But it was funny and profitable.Ha.
I read some of ur threads from last nite. Mr P is some kid
with alot of front runners here small on the 8.GL all.

That tapeata is not as reliable for form as turf or dirt for sure.Some horses even if they acted on it once a repeat performance is not as likely as the others.
towf - 100% correct. Form is hard to weigh up at Presque.
I am with the 1 here @ mount the 5 being the danger but slight paddock negative. GL all.
5's best form is on the turf. If Hurricane Bay hasn't regressed too much it should win. It's Penn race win form is better than the others
Maybe but the horse was not travelling early in the race.then started to pick up but was on the slow part of the track.I.e the rail. when he did switch it was too late.
Mount r 3 Very difficult here as the 7 is the only one to have made all and that will not suit if he ends up on the rail .Maybe Pilares might be aware and try to get someting to keep him out off it but thats an if .This looks set for a closer but which one .5 for me gl all.

going to gatecrash this mount thread for PID race 8
i was on this 5 last time and it ran an absolute blinder missing the break by 13 and closing like a train to lose a photo, the only worry is the 1 might get it all its own way on the lead today but if the 5 cant beat this bunch today it will never break maiden. 5/4+ for a horse i was expecting to be more like a 3/5 shot so a very strong fancy. GL

wd swagger, yes it missed break by about 8-10 this time and Parker made a strong middle move, took over shortly after the turn and won easily
absolutely no pace here at mount, the only horse that might have some is a 0-1 beyer specialist in the 8 horse! il skip this one. GL

Right guys i am going to bed, good luck with your bets. For what it is worth I think Thatchit will win the 6.50 Kempton later today. She is a half sister to Radiohead, she was very well backed on debut but fell out the stalls and never really got into the race on turf. She is bred to act well on the dirt, has a better draw than the Hannon trained fav who looks the obvious main danger but i think Thatchit might get first run and hold on.

#5 for me at odds against, is 3 from 4 at mount, 5 from 8 this season, can stalk or lead and has a slop win, cant see much pace on here so will probably take them wire to wire, anything odds against seems very fair. GL

As i lost on the event it makes no difference but i do prefer the american rules of racing as the initial race the result stands in the uk.Which imo rewards the offender.
in general there are a lot more DQ's in usa than uk? i havent got my head around how it works in the usa yet, it seems to vary track by track and according to what ticket the steward has in his pocket!!
