5 was playing up in the paddock.

the 7 certainly looks unbalanced and one to avoid.

the 4 fighting the bit .

9 and 5 for me at ct

9 top apprentice decent trainer looks like he can sit close to pace but not dictate looks classy in thsi field

5 will be off the speed and doing his own thing could get place money and a bit more if the pace gets stupid early

the 9 did not see it in the paddock but jock never rode for the trainer?. The 3 looked best .Medium bet on the 3 for me GL Gov.

Fwiw at penn think its a speed fest the only 3 i can concentrate  on at penn are the 4,6,9 and have boxed them in exacats trifectas

Think acosta knows he is on the best horse but has to keep his head and make sure if 4 doesnt follow 3 early and harass the lone speed the 6 presses him

Like 6 a lot and anticipate 3 to make the pace hopefully both the 4 and the 6 jockey will be close to him ensuring no slower than 48 secs to the half mile

6 to prove to strong for 4 coming home with the 3fading away.

You get alot of placed bets landed.Me i prefer to take a stance on my opinion and if i am backing i back with alot when i am laying i lay with alot.I much prefer backing but like the last race it sometimes is not possible.

Last 3 days have been bizarre

Davey - a lot of  oney is traded at Turf P for whatever reasons.  Some tracks the money does speak.  Turf Para is one of them on my list

Laying 6 in Race 1 at Charles Town.  No reason why the 5 should not finish in front of it tonite again.  A couple of others in the race could also beat the 6 on past form.

I'm laying this Figgins newcomer in race 2.  Very short at present.  Nothing special in it's speed work

Jon - that's 2 well backed horses at Charles both beat out of sight.  Could not understand why they were so short.

Looks like 2 is 2 lengths at least too quick for these at the start at penn

Should be able to set 22.6 sec early fractions and dictate the lead then he should really stay there

As a layer i shall certainly keep an eye on your selections.  You know what you are doing that's for sure!  I do know the dangers in laying tho so a shan't follow blind

Jon - as u say you have to be careful when laying.  Charles Town is my favourite track.  I find the form easier to weigh up compared to other tracks

Looks like he has sole speed rights tonight he could easily dictate v slow fractions and be gd enough at CT lot depends on the alertness of his jockey and the rest of the field

Jon - there is 2 lengths between the 4 & 3 at Charles when they last met.  The bug rider Ivan Cruz takes 5lb off the 4's back as well.  He's one from one for the Shuler barn.  She should win tonight. I've backed Always Petit.
