Penn is the most corrupt track i ever had the pleasure of riding the beautiful animal called the thoroughbred.

7 at penn for me

Penn R7 the 4 certainly deserves to break the maiden but does have a tendency to let something else lead it, the 7 is the natural pick given it should improve for its first run but 6 wasn't far behind 4 last time and is worth a small interest, gl all

In all fairness the jockey on the 7 near enough said please beat me as i am not trying today.So something else did win .

towf, we all know your thoughts on Penn and we none of us doubt that you are correct having had experience of it in your riding days, but as said many times, for some of us it is still profitable even with the corruption so long may it continue, wherever or whatever sport is taking place 99.9% of the time it is not an even playing field, you just have to go with it or abstain

That is true for you cork but i have seen posts on here people backing long odds on and when i know that they will not be trying should i just keep my mouth shut.Surly that aids the corruption and also a bad betting experience for those participation .

Thats the whole point though towf, you make your comments, which is all good and well, but you don't specify anything so the people you are on about helping are none the wiser. Different if you said number ? is not off tonight but I only recall you making general comments about the races being corrupt.

Because as explained before you do not find out untill you saddle up.This guy comes along wears a leather jacket and decides who will not be winning.Trust me if i knew which horses they did not winning i would be backing the other ones but you only find that out in the saddling area.If you win when you were not supposed to you get your ankles smashed by baseball bats so you can never ride or walk again.

towf, as much as that behaviour is not to be encouraged, it would go on irrespective of our few pounds/euros and as none of us are in the loop, we all back/lay based on what we see in the racecards, yes we're being duped but that is no different from anything else people gamble on, we all need to eat and there is always going to be someone that knows more than the next person, its the way of the world unfortunately
