I'm laying the 8 at HAW at 4.3. Dodgy class drop and unconvincing workouts although it did do a 5f workout, which I'm a tad worried about. Could be unfit on return from layoff.

haha. It makes sense to vary liabilities according to how much value you think is on offer i.e. stake more where you think there is more value. People tend to stake more, the shorter a price is. There's no reason to do that.

I know what you mean Lucky. Finding value is the most important thing, but staking is the next most important thing. Damn got sidetracked and missed the next race at Haw.

2. Very positive barn change to the Stephannie Beattie barn, but little pace, which tends to be a big negative at Penn. 1a. Could improve second time back off layoff. Plenty of pace. Could go wire to wire if can outpace the 6. 6. Could improve second time back off layoff since March. Good backform at Tampa. Well beaten last time out at meet over 6f at higher grade after slow start. |
