Dave - about a month ago the same thing happend to me. Placed my bet 10 minutes BEFORE the off and they voided the race.

moneypenny - it should make no difference if the bet was placed 1 second BEFORE the off the bet should stand imo.

OK, just spoken to b/f representative who stated it ought to be the usual of bets matched prior to off to be settled, all later bets void, but may take some time while they apply the reduction factor & sort out the actual off time.
