what happens to bets placed? should be refunded

I had what I believed was the favourite as an sp bet.

How could I have won on that race if I couldn't seee the horse in the betting?

the winner was  was declared a non runner , however it ran

I think I have just had my stake refunded.

i had the fav ,dream chaser no stake returned yet

I have just e-mailed Betfair so they can rectify their mistake in the morning.
Everytime this has happened before the 1a that wasnt in the betting is classed as running for prize money only
and is ignored whatever position is finishes.Betfair IMO have got it wrong.Also in currenct bets there is no
entry saying it is void.This is wrong.Also no e-mail.Have they changed theior rules?Time to e-m,ail them.
