5 is my NAP of the night not a great price unfortunatly |

i hate the US tote, i had to bet on the tote last night as there were no exchanges for i think the last 5 races at mnp, i had $150, think it worked out to be about £98, on a horse which the tote said was predicted to be 4.3, when it won it returned 1.7 to the $1
![]() i didnt realise as well when the tote returns go up they do it to the $2?? anyone know why its to the $2 and not $1? as the winning price was 3.4 but to $2 meant it was 1.7? ![]() |

EZ crazy just back from Vegas last week and you get terrible prices over there. Horses 4's on here and you get 8/11 just before they start.
Vegas is also quality. HI all |
By:
Gents,
beware following the 5 at FE. Lots of resistance, lots of liquidity on the 5. AVOID they know |
By:
ive laid off to a loss on the 5, better to lose a penny than a pound
By:
hi 18-5
![]() some horses just get a massive price drop just before the off, like the example above. it is crazy ![]() |
By:
5 fe , big bet
By:
31k matched on the 5 and only 37k matched on whole race??
ive backed the 1 |
By:
I liked the 5 but the 1 and 1a prices moving in tandem a worry

good read dav

It's close but I thought No1 was the right horse & rightful favourite in race 1 at Presque Isle. 3.25+ is fair. That said both she and No3 are closers who aren't sure to get pace to chase down.

Indeed

similar thing happened a few days ago eregenous.

By:
ended up costing me £50 quid, could have been an awful lot more
By:
sounds like you learnt a valuable lesson
could have easily lost another few quid today if you had left your bet there ![]() |

pace makes race 25/49/4.14 were fractions that were always going to suit a frontrunner. I even hinted at it when I posted I liked No1 - but ignored my advice |
By:
they havent settled fort eire yet, investigation?
By:
whats it for dav
By:
Betfair's fault, was a very late suspend.
By:
ive just had my Fort Eire money retuned, with an 'apology'. 'A lapsed bet' they are calling it.... I laid the 1 horse, Highs and Lows. No reason given!
By:
it suspended a little late, which is a change from me trying to put a bet on when they are approaching the gate and suspending early

Wish I got my money back at Fort Eire and PID

4 at fe for me

I thought it may have been because of the dubius laying on the market

By:
PID 9 for me.

Race 2 at Presque Isle has at least half a dozen contenders. Therefore 2.40 about No1 is as skinny as a skinny-thing.
At the prices 3-4-7-8 are about 7/2 coupled - that is fat city to me |
By:
nice girl on at pid, but god haven't they got a terrible accent
