you certainly can't be faulted on tonights showing Horts, think you have to have more discipline for laying than backing, get a hit and the temptation to look for immediate recompense is hard to fight.
Was only saying on the dog forum today that in reality I should lay more often, can usually spot a weak favourite but tend to look for the horse that will win than risk laying the shortie, mindset more than anything else I think, wd tonight |

actually i think backing requires more discipline than laying
It is relatively easy to pick a loser ! to minimize risk i only have looked at the fav or 2nd fav to lay I have been doing this for a long time here and experianced the long losing streaks (26 losing back bets in a row ) is my record laying is only 3 in a row |

Backing or laying, discipline is the key word and there aren't that many people that have it controlled to a tee, myself included, had 1 bad day in the last 4 months, but will not be happy until its no bad days
