Penn R6 Thought this had the look of a race where too much pace might end up with burnout and a closer taking victory.

Trouble was couldn't really find a closer other than the 9 who has been woefully out of form.
The 5 will be fav to lead, the blinkers off the 6 could light it up, the 10 could be fresh and raring to go and 4 likes to be handy all the way.
Of the others 2/3/8 I'm not convinced are best over a strongly run mile, which leaves me with 1 & 7, so backed the pair w/p, gl all

7 Horse for me at Penn have been waiting waiting and waiting some more for this horse to drop in trip.

Its times over the mile have been pretty gd

If it was 6f would being have a right gd bet at 8.0 odds on betfair to win however its 5.5f  there looks like plenty of speed on here.

This horse has raced prominently over a mile and does not lack speed in fact it won over 6f at 26000 allowance.

The jockey on my card concerns me but provided he / she can steer this is a place banker

Max place med win the 7 am hoping the ness horse could get softened up winning 3 on the bounce is tough cannot see how the 7 provided it doesnt hunt the lead wont place.

Ideally sit 3rd off strong fractions outstay the fav, fav might win odds suggest this but his times arent anything flash

Orsippus 3rd in last two festivals in big hdcp at 33/1 33/1 won at Aintree at 40/1 so likes big fields jumps well has identical prep to last year Currently 25/1 nrnb with several firms might get a bit of 33/1

Think Montbazon is bomb proof for a place in Supreme with a gd chance of winning at 10/1

Grumeti in Triumph looks a gd bet ew at 8/1

I find it difficult at this time of night becaus ei do tend to use the market as 50% of my guide. and with the lower liquidity it can't always be trusted. Like this 10 here at DD. 2/5 and 2.20 here. either its not winning, or the tote price will be 6/5 at the off or the liquidity is just a bit poor and it romps home.

Have discarded 2/6/7/8/9 on the grounds they are into double figures and still maidens.
