Turf Para R5 fairly open looking race where 7 will take a lot of support, two negatives for me, unproven on turf and furthest it has gone is 6 1/2f, so its the 8 for me

Turf Para R6 There looks to be a shortage of pace in this so presumably the 8 and 4 will dictate matters, the rest will be looking to pick them off.
The 1 looks more like a guaranteed place to me than a solid win bet, been a good while since it consented to win, I've laid it in the win market.
For a back have chosen the 5, comes from Sunland, two horses ran having come from there at the weekend and both won, so hoping this completes the hattrick, have saved on the 4 as jockey will be livid for losing the last race on a disq. to horts...!

Turf Para R8 Hard to find anything to put up against the 7, the race should be run to suit, so as long as there are no traffic problems, looks the most likely winner.
Back of 7 and small interest on the 5 who doesn't do anything very quickly but might nick a place if in a going mood, gl all

I'd say approx 12 hours most days, with half hour breaks here and there to make sure I stay in touch with family and life.
When Penn is on it can be much longer, but all worth it...!
Greyhounds and US are my main plays so they run into each other which is why I make sure I get plenty of rest from 2.00 am onwards!

just over 6 years, took a year out last year as felt I deserved it, my twins were 18, wife 50 and it was our silver wedding anniversary so it seemed the right thing to do.
came back fully recharged but will take another break later this year as it does you good, there's no doubt about that.
as you say it can be tough at times but like to think I now view it as a hobby I get paid to do rather than work

MP R3 Difficult to assess as most are coming from different gaff tracks, looking at the top of the market, want to be against the 4 hasn't progressed, will find this easier but still might struggle with 2 & 7, laid 4 backed 7 saved 2, gl all

1 at MNR for me. again penn form and trainer has lots of winners here and top jockey up.

MP R4 This race is probably worse than the last, the only two I'd be interested in are the 1 & 2, 1 for Penn and the fact it has only had the two starts so should still progress and 2 because it hasn't run and has taken some money.
Of the others 3 - 13 race maiden, 6 - 17 race maiden, 7 - 16 race maiden, 8 - 22 race maiden and 5 shown nothing prefer further.

MP R5 Have picked three against the field, won't be surprised if they run 8th, 9th & 10th though as this looks like it could be run at a muddling pace.
The 4 is fairly consistent, has a c&d victory and should be involved, 5 always seems to place should do so again at worst, the 6 has the services of Parker and comes from Delta, he could conjure an effort out of it from the front.
If 3 was expected sure it would be a lot shorter, we will see, gl all
